But our hotel was in the south of the Island near Kavos and unfortunately we could not find anything Greek there. There were England and Union Jack flags everywhere. Bars were showing English football, Only Fools and Horses, Peter Kay and Lee Evans Stand ups and even Big brother. It was almost impossible to find decent Greek food or even Greek people expect a few confused shopkeepers. I’m not against any of these but why do people have to go all the way to Greece and live the exact same life and see the exact same things I don’t know.
