As a child I ate and enjoyed some parts of pig, but now for 40 years I find it horrid tasting and appaling that pig bone is used as a source for calcium added to some Canadian bread - and likely elsewhee too. Just the aroma makes me feel ill now. Lamb too. Horrid meat. Beef is barely tolerable. We are certainly very different peoples in the world, with all these taste differences.
