absolutely fantastic. and one question, why is that door so high above the ground level?

What a strange and striking image. The old man against intense red and tired old background in need of cleaning and paint. An example of the struggle we have over time and wear. Whether simple buildings like this or extravegant ones there's the constant need for upkeep that few can really manage.

one can only hope the key belongs to something fantastic someone's won.

still enjoying the photos kamyar...and looking forward to new oxford ones, too, as i'm missing england a little bit.

Thank you Sam, I don’t really know why it’s so high, it looked really strange to me too.

Thanks Amanda, I really miss taking pictures here in Oxford too but the weather has been absolutely terrible since we’ve been back and I’ve had to work almost everyday because of the new Mini coming out. Hopefully in the next couple of weeks I will have a chance for some proper photo shooting.
